The Grignolino grape is a little-known Italian red variety, farmed on our estate vineyard since 1961, that bursts with surprising flavors and a lively mouthfeel when made as a Rosé.

From Vineyard to Cellar
Organically farmed on our winery vineyard site, the Grignolino used for Rosé is harvested and pressed right away, much like producing a traditional white wine, as opposed to the saignée method, as our past vintages have been made. This direct press style has allowed us to showcase our Grignolino Rosé in its best form yet, with fresher, delicate textures in mind. Notes of ripe strawberry, peach, orange zest and grapefruit jump out of the glass and its fresh acidity makes this wine a perfect choice for warm weather days. After pressing, the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for four months before bottling.
